NITA DOSSIN

Ministry: Nita Dossin is the co-founder of Living the Abundant Life Ministry. The primary activity of this ministry is the Living the Abundant Life© Seminar. This presentation is given through churches with the goal of developing a stewardship mindset and lifestyle among all church members. The ministry also has other presentations, educational materials, and services available.

Business: Nita Dossin works with her husband Steve in their consulting business, Dossin Business Solutions. Building on her experience in communications and graphic arts, Nita's primary responsibilities are in the areas of research, writing, and editing, as well as design for print and web pages.

Education and experience: A native of Concord, Massachusetts, she received her bachelor's degree from American University in Washington, DC. Her background includes many years of experience in typesetting, graphic design, public relations and freelance journalism in the Northeast. Since moving to the Dallas area in 1983, she has worked as a magazine editor and advertising copy writer.

Church: Nita is a Christian and enjoys studying and teaching Bible. In 1989-1990 she helped with the establishment of a mission congregation in upstate New York.  She has been involved in many facets of church life, using her creativity to serve on missions, stewardship and outreach committees, Vacation Bible School, children and adult Sunday School, and Children's Message Ministry. She is currently a member of Trading Post Fellowship, Carrollton, Texas.
