Would teens get benefits?

Comment: One question regarding this income is at what age would it become mandated. Would a 16 year old who wants to leave the authority of his or her parents be given the money?
Response: The parent or guardian would make the decisions about the benefits until a child reaches the age of majority for signing contracts. Then the child would have the right to decide. He or she may certainly leave his benefits combined with the rest of his family as long as he or she wishes. This would be reasonable as long as the child lives with the parents. When the child moves out, he or she will probably want to establish his or her own account under the ComingTogether Plan to receive these benefits.
